The connector body is manufactured from precision die cast zinc alloy, lathe finished for consistency, and black chrome plated to ensure durability and an attractive surface finish. A high strength, temperature resistant PBT insulator provides excellent electrical insulation and high voltage resistance.
The contact pins are produced from phosphor bronze and plated in nickel to ensure efficient conductivity and extended mating life. Plastic gland and cable clamps accommodate cable diameters up to 4.7mm, providing secure strain relief during installation.
